Hi, I'm Jimi Okubanjo, Founder of the Firebird: Resilience + Confidence + Renewal Program and the producer and director of the documentary Arise Firebird. I spent over 20 years working in leadership and management consulting roles for some of the world's biggest companies, including McKinsey & Co., Royal Dutch Shell, and Amazon. During that time, I led multi-million dollar business transformations and managed international teams of up to 3,500 people.
